Celebrate Primavera at Taormina Sicilian Cuisine! The seasonal Italian menu features a Spring palate of vibrant flavors by Regional Executive Chef Hiroyuki "Hiro" Mimura

Conjure a culinary journey through the idyllic Italian countryside with a Beef Carpaccio drizzled over with extra virgin olive oil and topped with arugula and parmesan cheese. Then discover the riches of coastal cities with an Herb Crusted Lobster topped with fresh ricotta pesto.  For dessert, Chef Mimura brings guests to the Sicilian town of Bronte, with Pistachio Bronte, a pistachio and chocolate mousse. 

The 'Menu di Primavera' will be available during dinner hours (3:00 PM – close) at Taormina Silician Cuisine from March 15, through April  30, 2019.

BEEF CARPACCIO

Featuring high-grade thinly sliced beef with parmesan, arugula, EVOO and homemade caper vinaigrette, our Beef Carpaccio ($29) invokes the image of a Tuscan villa overlooking sprawling fields in the Spring.

HERB CRUSTED LOBSTER

Two pieces ($48) of succulent Maine Lobster tail is topped with a fresh ricotta pesto for a gorgeous blend of textures. An additional lobster (+$24) tail may be ordered upon request.

PISTACHION BRONTE

Bronte, Sicily is a world-renowned town near Mount Etna made famous by its pistachios. As a nod to its Sicilian roots, the Pistachio Bronte ($12) dessert features pistachio and chocolate mousse with strawberry sauce and sponge cake crumbles. A perfect finish to a Spring meal.
