About Minori
Minori, or “harvest” in Japanese, is symbolic of the concept behind its name: a fresh approach to farm-to-table, with an emphasis on local farmers and produce. The restaurant features Aloha Tofu, Waimana TKG Eggs, and an all-you-can-eat salad bar by Ho Farms. Signature dishes also include bijin nabe, or “Beautifying hot pot,” recipient of the Hale Aina award for Best Hot, along with their popular White Bear and Matcha (green tea) Flan desserts.
Operated by AP Company, parent company of several restaurants located throughout the United States including Irvine and a ramen concept in San Francisco.
