ROCK LOBSTER (OOOH!) : Steamed Whole Lobster Now Available at Award-Winning Tim Ho Wan Waikiki

(Honolulu, HI)— What’s better than affordable Michelin-starred Hong Kong style dim sum? Affordable steamed whole lobster served at said award-winning dim sum restaurant perched on the third floor of Royal Hawaiian Center. The recipient of the Honolulu Star-Advertiser ’Ilima Award for 2018 Critic’s Choice “Best Lunch Restaurant,” Tim Ho Wan Waikiki now offers steamed whole lobster at $29.99 per order.

Presented in an oversized zhenglóng (bamboo steamer), the fresh Maine lobster is made flavorful with the Tim Ho Wan signature homemade soy sauce, green onions and ginger; the result is a mouthwatering lobster that’s full of umami. The lobster with “the best price in Waikiki” is also cut in half, making it easy for guests to enjoy the meal without much fuss.

“There are many customers that travel to Waikiki from abroad looking to enjoy seafood in Hawaii, especially lobster,” says Head Chef Jean-Pierre ‘J.P.’ Choy. “I wanted to offer a delicious and tasty lobster at a reasonable price, which is why we’ve decided to add this to our grand menu.”

The steamed whole lobster is a Waikiki exclusive menu item and available to order all day, from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM daily. Reservations are available from 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM, daily for parties of six or more, and can be made by phone at (808) 888 – 6088. Deposits will be required for parties over 20 people.
