| Chihiro Lykes, President of Media Etc. has established the agency in 1992, and with the help of her associates has built the reputation of the company through determination and perseverance. Lykes oversees client services including advertising scheduling and budgeting, art direction, market research, copy writing and translation. Prior to establishing Media Etc., Lykes’ experience ranged from managing a retail store, House of Tiki, in Nagoya, Japan to translating legal documents for the law firm of Damon Key Bocken Leong Kupchak in Honolulu. Her experience with PR Japan (Honolulu) provided the opportunity to pursue her interest in graphic design and advertising. Lykes studied Graphic Design, Fine Art and Photography at the Corcoran School of Art in Washington, D.C. She also completed the ESL Program from Georgetown University in Washington, D.C.. |

| Hiroyo Klink, Vice President, Accountant and Administrative Coordinator provides the support system to keep Media Etc. in prime operating conditions. By maintaining solid financial conditions for the company and establishing meaningful relationships with suppliers, she allows others to function optimally. She also provides invaluable insight into media and creative budgets for its clients. Klink was educated at the Tokyo Designer Gakuen College in Nagoya, Japan. |

| Yuko Porter, Production Manager of Media Etc., is the design engine for the agency. Her skills include product design, conceptualization, logo design, package design, advertising and graphic design. She has mastered programs such as Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Freehand and Pagemaker. Originally from Japan, Porter has worked for Graphica Creative, Oceanic Natural Foods and YS Design for clients such as Panasonic, OMROM, Sakura and Sanyo. Porter was educated at Kyoto Saga University of Arts in Kyoto, Japan. |

Matsunobu has earned a BFA in Graphic Design from the University of Hawaii. |
